7 Days And Counting...

I am now in the final week before I embark on this epic adventure. I've now told enough people about this stupid thing that maybe some people actually read what I type. Then again, I could just be posting on a website that no one even looks at.

Moving On

Yes, Oregon lost. I know. Did I mention that I am moving? Let's talk about that since that is a lot more positive. I've now reached the point that if I were to cancel the move, the moving company would charge me $50. So I still have time to turn around, it's just now going to cost me.

The going away party is set as well. If you are in the city on Saturday afternoon and feel like coming to the BBQ, bring yourself on over to my place. It should be a fun time. I have always talked about doing the whole mentos & Diet Coke thing, so sometime on Saturday I'll probably bust that trick out. For those of you who haven't seen it, here you go. Pretty sweet:

Operation: Beat Florida and Cool Helicopter Tricks

UNLV decided to make things interesting, but Oregon pulled off the win. We'll see how things shake out, but I'm obviously confident how things will shake out tomorrow afternoon. Hopefully Oregon can make it to Atlanta for the Final Four.

Also, check out this remote controlled helicopter trick session. This is pretty insane:

Less than two weeks until I leave San Francisco. The Oregon-UNLV game is later tonight, so I'll be decked out in duck gear come later on tonight.

The pod that is going to move everything I own has been ordered. It will be delivered the first week of April. As it stands now, I will be leaving San Francisco on April 5th and heading to Las Vegas for a couple weeks. I'm planning on taking it easy for the next couple weeks before I start my adventure.

In the time being, everyone should enjoy Oregon's run in the NCAA Tournament. The irony that my alma mater is playing the college of my hometown should be quite fun.

The Journey Begins

Hey Everyone,

My adventure from San Francisco to Indianapolis will include many stops along the way, seeing friends, family, national parks, a lot of gas stations, and some wide open roads. I have decided to go ahead and start a blog documenting everything along the way. Even once I get to Indianapolis, my journey will still have just begun, as I will need to actually get a job. I wanted to keep everyone up to date on what happens so I hope you enjoy.
